Is cured christmas ham any good? i got a huge whole leg to get through. Plenty of protein but was wondering if they inject shit that makes it not good bodybuilding protein???

The curing process has a fair bit of salt in it and chemicals, it should be listed on the ham. Some better than others, but I reckon it's protein so eat it! They will be on special this week I was thinking of getting one myself as they will be cheap!

Green eggs and ham! I've been eating it every day over the break - well, the eggs aren't exactly green, but are egg white omelettes with lotsa spinach and ham = green eggs and ham - yum.

I bought a ham and got given one. Froze one and even though the other was a cooked ham, I cooked it again and its really worth the effort, real meaty ham.

Watch out when buying commercial stuff. I looked on the back of the ham we bought, 90% pork and contained soy protein. Soy is evil plant semen.
