to those who use the "criuse blast" method how much do you run when cruising and blasting?

Imagine the replies you would get if you asked a stupid question. I for one are on 500mgs of test all year round and when im blasting im on 1000mgs of test and maybe some tren and masterone .

You know you have got a problem when the cruise becomes a small blast & the blast becomes a blowout :pfft:

250mg of test seems to be the norm for crusing but it all depends how much you are blasting i.e. if youre doing 4grams a week on a blast crusing at 250mg will be pretty pointless. General concensus is cruise on about 1/4 of what you are blasting but cruise with just test (not a combo of AAS). Smaller guys could get away with 125mg ew similar to a trt dose
