Just coz a girl trians in a mixed sex gym does not mean she is looking for a man..... thats just wack! who would think that...

depending on the type of girl, your timming has to be right... if shes into her trianing (weights) dont interupt during a set or even when she is resting between sets - perhaps approach her when she is moving between equipment or catch her after shes finishes stretching and is getting ready to leave them gym... if shes is a cardio queen again wait till shes gets off....

nothing worse than having to stop the ipod to listen to someone talk when you dont no them.
