I don't think we are allowed to eat old people.

Sez who? =P~ Do you have a peer reviewed study to back this spurious claim Miss? :-s

No I do not but I found a song about it all!

this does not back up my claim at all in fact it sez quite the opposite.

Hahaha. I'm honestly thinking about it. The only potential problem is you have to eat a kilo of it to get 120 grams of protein (and 70 grams of fat), but I imagine it'd lose a fair bit of water after you cook it.

There is the potential of manufacturers putting junk in to bulk it up (I know for a fact there is soy in it, there also might be other crap), but the fat content doesn't bother me.

You could easily burn off the 70grams of fat by going to the local park or beach and fetching a stick for 40minutes then coming home and shagging the carpet. :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

whats wrong with plain old people food?

Don't think there is any meat whatsoever that is cheaper than dog food, and I am constantly on the lookout for extremely cheap stuff. When steak mince was $6/kg at mad butcher, I bought just under 10 kgs of the stuff.

think countdown in town here (not sure for rest of nz) is having a mince special $3 a kilo... think of the fat in that nom nom nom and water

I am sure that many people have eaten it (and cat food) thinking that the picture on the outside represents the content on the inside.

We put cows on milk, corn on canned corn, fish on canned fish, so cat and dog must be full of dog as it doesnt show a horse...

yum! you can even choose your favorite flavor/breed:

Pretty sure we've never had a case of Mad Cow disease in NZ. Also, are those binding agents just gel? "Binding agents" sounds so ominous.

Yep no cases of CJD in NZ

Probably because they won't let those of us who were in England in certain years donate blood due to the potential of us being mad cows

"A beloved family cat had an extra chilly brush with death after his owners accidentally shut him in the freezer for 19 hours. Sarah Crombie found Krillen the cat lying stiff and semi-conscious on a bag of dog food when she went to get a loaf of bread out of the freezer. The moggy, who had slipped into the top-loading freezer unnoticed the night before, was semi-frozen and hypothermic but purred loudly with relief."

Dog fewd must be good shit, cats are jumping into freezers trying to get at the stuff =P~

Yep I can't give blood because of living in the UK, even though I was a vegan when I lived there! I worked in a meat factory over there and used to get to cut the spinal cords out of the cows, a slightly illegal practise in a meat factory.

and used to get to cut the spinal cords out of the cows

Now there's something everyone should have to do before they die

 for sure! I also used to get the gibblets out of the chickens, cut their necks and feet off and shove them all back inside the chicken again.

Lots a fun!

I will never moan about my job being crap again :pfft:
