Great thread. We can all hold each other accountable.

I want to go to another level in 2010. Eastside, the club and the members has given me the self belief to realise that I can go to another level.

In 2010 I want to achieve the following:

1. Grow to a full 110 kg

2. Squat 320 kg raw

3. Bench 227.5 kg (500 pound)

4. Deadlift 320 kg raw

5. Win a national title competing raw.

"after the eastside open I am done with powerlifting"

Ive had enough trying to get big, I now want to get lean & ripped.

That's my goal for 2010. I see so many Body Builders that are big but not cut. Cuts where its at!!!!

Preferably without too much cardio, if such a thing is possible. :P

If you find the secret, Pseu, patent it quick (but not before you tell us :grin:).

Oh yeah, I'm all for being cut with no cardio. And with wine and cheese would be nice.

My targets for 2010.

Put on atleast 5kg of muscle, am 68 now

Bench 100kg

Squat 140 6x6, 117 currently

Gain overall mass and get more defined

10% bodyfat or less

Work on my weak areas being legs, get more defined and bigger hamstrings, quads and calves.
