Diet Help, for bulking up

Hi, im 19 and i was 81kgs, loss a bit of weight after i was sick went to 79 kgs but then recently ive been eating ALOT better, but my weights have been increasing but my weight,..... has dropped to 75kg!!! :(

I don't know what to do, i stopped running when i dropped to 78 kgs but it didnt help...

This is my diet:

1. 1 cup cooked oats, fruit, shake, 1 tbsp LSA , Fish oil, Acai Berry, Multi vitamin (ran out will stop for a month)

2. 1.5 cups rice (brown or white) 185g tin tuna, 1 cup mixed veg or some green beans and broc

3. 1.5 cups rice or 2 spuds and a chicken breast (200g) or tuna or red meat, veg/fruit

4. 1 cups rice or spuds etc, red meat, tuna or chicken

5. Some rice+meat, tuna, or chook what ever is for dinner, and aci berry and fish oil.

6. meat, tuna or chicken and veg

This was my diet for 3 weeks or so now, and since ive been loosing weight...

I just started a apprenticeship and eating rice isn't really a option so ive been having kumara instead of rice, or 2 big sandwich's with veges and fruit and 200gram of meat.

I do believe my bfp is lower, but it seems like to much weight... And my weights at gym are still increasing almost every week.

ALSO, strugging to fit 6 meals, as i only get 2 breaks to eat, and work 7am to 5 on average day.

Any ideas?

thats a shitload of protein bro, r u paying for ur own food? if you are i wouldnt bother with that much protein unless you've got a pretty relaxed budget.

if you're getting stronger at the gym i wouldnt worry too much that you're losing weight. how tall are you? 75kg is still pretty solid, u may be losing fat as opposed to losing muscle

Mate im 5 ft 10 or 11, and each day its costing me around 10-15 dollars on meat. I stocked up on 80 cans of chop chop when it was on special at 2 dollars each.

But i try to have fresh meat like roast lamb. Luckly my friend is a butcher and i get discount from a deli i use to work at. So isn't to expensive.

Should i eat some fatty chocolate danish's for carbs to make up for bread instead of rice?
