Nitric Oxide/pre-workout supplements

Hey guys,

I'm looking for good pre-work out supplement to train with. I've been reading a few reviews here and there, and found a few products that stand out.

Superpump 250

NO Xplode

From personal experiences does anyone have a preference? or could give some feedback? cheers

First Pick- Superpump250

Simply feel the best and have the most intense workouts

Second- Agree with Steak....Shotgun

Also has 20g protein, BCAAs, creatine complex, Glutamine and Beta-Alanine so some good extras. The grape bubblegum is by far the best flavour, watermelon not bad....just don't buy Black Cherry....aaarrrgghh!

Best dosing schedule I've found (so I don't get used to either product and get best-bang-for-buck) is one week Superpump, next week Shotgun.

Haven't had to increase my dosages yet!

I was really impressed with MRI Black Powder. Didn't give the "buzz" of Superpump or NO-Xplode (haven't tried Jacked or Shotgun), but I found it helped greatly with focus and got a great pump out of it. Unfortunately it's a tad expensive here in NZ, but it works out a bit cheaper if you order in from BB.com.

i found super pump gave a good pump and was ok during workout - except for the fact that I got lightheaded when doing certain compound movements. Not so much on the smaller muscle groups but on the big mass movers it was bloody hopeless, just about keeling over after a set. Will try something different next time

try them both...find a good retailer and ask for a sample
