Hi and Welcome, You seem to have a pretty good setup at home, my advice to you would be to initially get a feel for the exercises as you will be sore initially, form is everything. You might like to add on some hamstrings and calves to balance out the leg exercises, bent leg barbell deadlifts are always excellent and lunges too. Set yourself a rep range say 8-15 let your muscles do the counting, first rep may be 15 next 12 and so on, let your muscle fatigue dictate the reps. As you get use to the training, start adding in some strength training whereby you will drop the reps down and concentrate on heavy lifts. You need to push yourself to grow, be disciplined and diary your program. All the best.

Gidday Dmack. Good to have you here.

Cantygirl's given you some good advice. Eventually you'll outgrow the home gym, but they're certainly a good convenient way to start out (I started my training on one). The other factor of course is diet. Make sure you're eating enough, especially meat!
