My favourite quick bulking meal

Just thought I would share one of my favourite quick & easy meals. This is easy to prepare & great for taking away in a plastic box for work time meal.

The avocado makes it high in fat but they are monounsaturated so not too bad & avocados are full of vitamins & minerals. Enjoy!

TERIYAKI CHICKEN ON BROWN RICE

1 cup cooked brown rice

150g cooked chicken breast

1/2 avocado

25g Watties Bit on the Side - Teriyaki Sauce

Cook off brown rice in lightly salted water. I do enough for several days & store in the fridge. Cook off a few chicken breasts in the oven. Skin side up for 30mins @ 180deg C. Remove skin & cool. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Preparation - put 1 cup rice in bowl or plastic container. Top with diced chicken, chopped avocado & Teriyaki sauce. Warmup slightly 1-1.5mins in microwave.

Protein 57g 42%

Carbs 56g 41%

Fats 24g 17%

Cals 648

This might be good meal that you have shared because it has a lot of protein comes from the recipe. It's good to try this at home. Even if it was a year that they shared this thread might be helpful.

Got no idea what you are trying to say bro, just like your other entry about sushi. I can think maybe English is not your first language otherwise dude you gotta lay of those class A drugs :pfft:

a good one for bulkers..

600g mince - add to 300mls of boiling water, chuck your veges in too (watties chunky cut) and add seasoning...curry powder, coconut etc

skim the fat off but leave a bit of water. add flour to thicken, stir and serve on white rice...cups of the stuff.

does 2 serves

quick, easy and can be any flavour you want - protein=heaps, carbs=heaps, fat=not as much as there could have been

hard to beat a 350-400g aged rump steak though

When money wasn't as easy to come by I use to basically live on Baked Beans and tuna. A can of each mixed together gave ample Protein and crabs, sounds shit but tastes pretty bloody good.

Holy shit  I have never heard of anyone getting crabs from Baked Beans and tuna. I have heard the "i must have caught them off the public toliet" but never from Tinned food. Well i guess you learn something everyday.

What next?? Gains from Muscle Tech?
