If you buy MuscleTech products etc, it might pay (no pun intended) to check it out, you may be able to buy individual supps and do your own mixing.

Take it ot leave it, but information is power.

Oh man missed out on that pdf! any chance you could email it to me? I mix my own blends of A-Akg, xtend, creatine and a lil glucose, seems to do the trick. However...damn it tastes like arse and doesn't mix well at all, Hopefully this PDF has a little insight about the solubility of the substances :S

Thunderhorse go to bodybuilding.com bro they have heaps of stand alone supps, "higher power" brand seems to cheap but im not sure about the quality of the brand. It's owned by the site and well promoted.

I got creatine

L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate

HMB

Glutamine

and xtend (oresum bcaa blend)

some of the stuff is in capsule form and would be worth buying as i havent found a decent way of mixing it all together, even tried some thriftee cordial and that still didnt mask the taste, maybe its just the supp huh? ive never actually triend any superpump or noxplode etc etc.

Yeah bro, a lot of the commercial blend stuff is cheap there as well, its worth using bb.com if you plan to buy in bulk. Their deals on protein are good as well ay. Sucks for the NZ industry :C

I'll still order from eatme and punch every so often though.

Due to popular demand...

Though Bodybuilding.com has stand alone products, they are not the only one out there. http://www.bulknutrition.com/ has great competitive prices.

Also, http://nutratech.co.nz/ has glutaimne, BCAA, leucine, in larger 500gm bags. When you factor in the cost of postage, some of these are competitive with the USA sources.

I had found way cheaper places in the USA but they have no international posting, which sux.

I have also used http://www.xe.com/ to add it up, before buying. That site site gives up to date conversions of currency. Some products are a steal even when postage is factored in, while others may be only 10 bucks cheaper and take 2 weeks.

You really have to shop/look around, stay aware of the value of hte dollar, and sometimes buy with friends to get extra deals/discounts for bulk.

There's purebulk.com as well, and if you look around a bit there is a coupon code for NZBB members somewhere on this site.

That site is gold! But... product sourced from China...

So maybe not the creatine mono from them.

Cheers

Ive bought from bb.com, quick fast service, some of their stuff is cheaper than 1fast400.com (bulknutrition.com) which apparently require people using credit cards from New Zealand to call their orders in.

http://www.nutraplanet.com also seems to have some decent prices on bulk powders, especially the leucine.

And FYI Ive found Citruline malate (or however you spell it) does a really good job dissolving BCAAs or Leucine and then I add some vita fresh low cal drink powder to it so I dont puke.

Good link :P

I can tolerate the waxy texture and taste of BCAA, but the taste of CEE makes me want to throw up. Bitter to the point of tipping it out, but regardless of it's 'not so good' reviews, I can't dump it. Every little bit helps, I guess...
