Plus's and Negatives to Training Twice a Day

I've been a bit slack lately and busy with work so haven't been to the gym enough.

But over the break work will be a bit quieter when clients are on Holiday.

So i was thinking about training early morning and late 1-3 times a week and resting during the day when i can.

I know its doable, but im not sure if it is a good idea or im just going to over-train. Obviously i will eat more and sleep more to try and cope, but I really want to start pushing things and get some goals met.
