Cutting diet

ok cheers for that,I plan to do a 8-12 week cutt after new years, i want to get my new years drinking over and done with first :nod: Ive been reading alot of info on cutting ect but i am still confussed as to what would be a purfect diet so anyones opinons would be great! :)

M1-30g whey with slim milk,flax seed oil,5 egg whites 1 yok

M2-Hand full of Almonds,180g can of tuna,Green tea

M3- Same as meal 2

M4-30g whey,flax seed oil

M5-Steak/Chicken with green veg

M6-30g whey,flax seed oil (after workout)

Im not sure if to add carbs some things ive read say dont some say do :doh: ,if someone could help me out thal be great :nod:

work out will be

Lifts 4 times a week and cardio 5 times a week
