I believe the OP was assisted and it's only due to thread dredge that it's resurfaced again.

true, though it seems regardless of whether or not he was in an appropriate position to use it, the mutant mass is being bagged....

yep! and as i already said, if the op wants opinions from the people that have BOUGHT and USED it to share their exp, he should look up the old mutant mass thread, cunningly titled 'mutant mass'.

Given the OP's subsequent request for help with his diet, I'll keep stating it until the cows come home, in case anyone comes along checking this thread for advice. Food is superior. Nothing will work better than food, and it's ridiculous to look to a mass gainer if you haven't fathomed that you need to eat yourself bigger.

just to throw more petrol on the fire....youd grow a shitload more if you ate the same food calories as there is in the powdered drink :nod:

Yup, I took it. I grew. It works.

You have it additional to food rather than a replacement. Thats why they are called supplements.

Its a hell of a lot easier than eating double the food for most people. Especially for me. I cant eat that much more in a single serve, but its pretty easy to have a shake with/straight after my food.

I've just ordered half a dozen in for stock with a bunch of other stuff
Gonna try a new... supplement once it arrives... Ill have them up on my new site soon

At the risk of providing free advertising for you, I want to say the following.

Anyone who sells supplements has a vested interest in promoting them, and should therefore have to declare such an interest before making any claims about a products effectiveness, regardless of whether it's one they currently sell or not.

They should also have to provide solid evidence of perceived effectiveness, rather than vague bro-shit statements such as "it works" or "it worked for me". Many a wise man has proved "Correlation does not imply causation". Look it up.

It might have 'worked' for you. But your results don't prove the product is effective. Rather your results prove that ALL of what you did at the time was 'effective'. Though I would like to point out here, that had you eaten your calories instead of drinking them, your results would likely be many, many times better.

Eating additional calories isn't hard. Anyone who says it is, and that mass gainers are the answer, is a lazy arsed clueless dipshit.

P.S. Like olive oil, fresh avocado is also good.
