Hi guys! Gosh I havent been on line for a while, so i'm having a good time to take in all the info!

But while I was unable to 'keep in touch' I've realsed I'm useless! I've gone down hill rapidly!! ass is just getting bigger!

Was wondering if any1 would know of a really really good nutritionest I could contract, to get them to make me a 6 week meal plan?!

I've tried, boy I have tried but I have to admit, atm I'm a follower not a leader, I dont have a self determination atm!

any help would be appreciated!

Sorry I don't know any, but if your just lookinjg for a meal plan for yourself (no kids or partner to consider) I'd recommend biting the bullet and making yourself a simple weekly plan and repeating that for now. I know that it wont cover all bases, but at least you'll be eating clean even if it is repetative week after week. but that way you might get some emotivation to add to the plan with other clean meals and once your in the habit of eating clean and to the schedule...then your half way there.

If you dont know what a good clean high protein meal is I'm sure you can find some good stuff to use by browsing the workout journals.
