Running in hot weather

Toughen up, sound like a bunch of pussies

Your body adapts to the environment

our average temperature is 31 degrees and you just sweat more when u are training, drink more water.

Does anyone actually know what the question was?

He wants to know if sweating will make him lose weight or tone up. The answer is yes , he will lose weight and no, it won't tone him up.

The lost weight will only be water which will be replaced when water is consumed. The same fallacy about losing weight makes fatties jump into a sauna to "lose some weight".

Whether to run in hot weather is an other argument which is dependant on the individual's response to heat.

No worries Grover. Your comments are exactly what my training partner says to me when I am feeling negative and dredging up excuses. "Toughen up you pussy".

It worked for me as I have a book full of excuses but he won't listen to them. Can't get in front of the judges and ask them to allow extra points because you had a sore shoulder or wa ssick for a few weeks.
