Anyone know exactly how much caffeine is in superpump250?

read somewhere is was 60mg. I'm sure it must be more tho.

Also i'm trying to make my own pre-workout drink- so far I've got caffeine, creatine, bcaas, l-tyrosine - and planning on adding glutamine and beta alaniline (sp?). If anyone knows a good formula that's posted or online somewhere please let me know
