Opinions on my eating plan

Just looking to get a bit of feedback on what/how I eat during the day :D

First meal is at about 08:00 and it's porridge w/ light blue milk (work doesn't have trim!)

Second meal is around 11:00 - 1/2 a sachet of brown rice and 1/2 a sachet of chopchop chicken.

Third meal is lunch - generally 13:00ish and generally it's last night's leftovers. When it's not, I seem to be eating Japanese stuff, mostly donburi.

Fourth meal (around 15:30ish) is the remainder of the brown rice & chopchop chicken.

Final meal for the day is dinner (around 19:00) - homecooked and generally recipes from the Healthy Food Guide.

I also take 3x fish oil tablets twice a day (odourless my ass!) and an echinacea tablet in the morning with breakfast. Only taking the echinacea 'cause I want to finish the bottle and I work in a contact centre so everybody's always sick!

I'm doing my best to cut out Coke Zero/Diet Coke etc and replace with water too :)
