Creatiane loading?

Ok so i finally baught some for the first time.

Im 78 kgs and 19, how do i load this stuff and break from it etc.

depends on the product...read the label..some you dont have to load and in reality you probably dont have to load with any if you stay on the stuff a bit longer... enough and give your system a good saturation. time on = time off rule apllies I think but that will vary with different product.
