help with Cutting diet

Im thinking about doing my first cut after bulking for a few months my diet as it stands is.

M1-Cup oats and shake

M2-Cup oats and shake,bananna

M3-Cup rice or pasta large can of tuna

M4-Cup rice or pasta large can of tuna

M5-2 egg yoks, 5 whites

M7-Chicken or steak

M8-Shake

What changes to i have to make to this for cutting,also for work outs still do weights but up cardio?

He says this is his diet as it stands (for bulking) im guessing. For sure im no expert but one must be on a calorie conflict diet to lose weight dont they? Im sure this can be done either by eating less (maybe 500cals) or excersising more. again im no expert, how much cardio ya doing? and what kind? think HIIT is good for keeping that muscle and losing fat. any advice from others would be great. great site.
