Currently every second day, but finding its not enough to cover everything and im taking too long a break between body parts. Was doing 3 days on 1-2 off but it was too much.

Gonna try 2 on 1 off now.

yeah thats probably a smart idea. what kind of a program do you have? 3 day split?

Personly I think we mostly undertrain.I am over 50 and train 1.5 hours per day 5 days a week.21 sets per bodypart but keep the weights resonable.

Works for me,got to get that burn. \:D/

yeah a lot of people don't have the time for 1.5 hour workouts. personally i train for that length of time 4 times a week. but then theres that old theory that after round the one hour mark your body stops producing testosterone and starts producing cortisol which eats away at the muscle.. doesnt stop me though! :grin:
