Hi people!

Im New On here just signed up.

How much rest should i give my legs after a good leg workout?

Im not fully sure im satisfied with my knowledge of my leg routine. lol

what do use do????

Share with me what all use do for working out your Legs and getting beefier legs. Your routines and the best ways are? and reps sets kgs????

and the resting days and the proitien intake diet aswell and all the rest =)

train legs 1 x per week.

Why do you need a rest day after training legs? pain is temporary.

Just do some cardio the next day and/or train another body part. I only have one day off training - at the moment being offseason, 2 days per week, grit your teeth and bear it for the next couple of days, you know it's a good workout when it hurts to sit down. Gotta break down muscle to build more muscle.

leg ext

squats, smith m/c or rack

lunges

deadlifts

ham curls
