Hey all,

Iv'e been floating around reading up on the forums and decided it was finally time I spoke up :D

So far I have found the site quite helpful with alot of people who seem to know what's what :nod:

Anyways I have been throwing around weights for the past year and a half, without really watching my diet or anything like that and wondered why I would gain so slowly :oops:

So about 3 months ago I decided to start afresh. Changed to a new gym and employed the help of a personal trainer who could help me with my traning and nutrition, which so far I've had more progress over the last 3 months than the previous 18 months I had been traning so pretty stoaked so far :nod:

My stats at the moment:

Age: 21

Weight: Around the 66-67kg mark

BF: 7.8% as of a couple of weeks ago.

Height: Not too sure?? but pretty dam short lol.

I'm by no means a big guy but quite lean at the moment. I have been talked into doing a comp and hopefully will do my first one somewhere around mid-late next year depending on how confident I'm feeling.

I'm currently doing a 4 day split and usually train 5-6 times a week (reason being on days I don't train I find it more difficult to eat clean).

Split consists of:

Day 1: Shoulders/Tris

Day 2: Back/Abs

Day 3:Chest/Bi's

Day 4: Legs/Abs

I genreally do around 15 mins of cardio each day as well just to keep on top of it.

Anyway great to finally say hi to you all and hopefully I will slowly learn more and more about the sport as I go.
