Hi all,

Wow its nearly xmas & I cant believe it! This week has become to be a tru turning point for me. I've had a rough 12mths, have had high high's and low low's, but as of next tues, i'm moving & have woken up to realise that it's the perfect time to 'Start Again'

No.1 thing I have to do is to teach myself to keep my head up high - easier said than done on some days!

Anywho, I've been kiddin myself for 2 long, thinkin I know the best ideas for food & training but huh who am I kiddin lol

I would really like if some1 could organise me a weekly meal plan to start me off for a few weeks, until get the lingo to things etc!

so yeah, any help would be really appreciated! thanks

Yes, but this isn't about him, it's about you. You're paying for his services, and if you're not happy with what he's doing for you, say so. If he can't change, well, he had the chance. But don't limit yourself.

Oh, and what I meant about "good advice" was, I'm sure folks on here have used over-the-net nutrition services with varying degrees of success, I just don't know who the people are who do that.

A decent trainer should at least know the basics when it comes to nutrition.

I've been through the whole 'PT' politics before. They seriously don't give a shit if you change trainers because it's business. How long have you been with him? Unless he has helped you achieve results, ditch him.

I started with him 6 weeks ago and have spoken to him about nutrition, he said he was gonna get some info for me but he hasnt & he also said he was gonna upgrade my training place (on paper so I remember) but he hasnt! I reminded him about the nutrition thing the other day and he said he'll get onto it but he busy building his business! Funny though, I saw him on mon arvo & he said he was gonna have a group training ting for an hour on sat & he'd confirm it to me later on in the week, so I txted him 2day & he hasnt replyed! :x

Gosh what 2 do?! anyway I've gota be careful I guess, cause alot of the P.T's & workers @ the gym are friends with my ex and ever since I broke up with him i've pilled it on & I worry who or if they will tell him or if the workers & other clients with gossip about me!

Trainers are providing a service, you're entitled to expect professional courtesy.

This guy, tho, doesn't sound like a professional. If he makes, then breaks, promises, fails to follow through on his commitments to you as a client, either call him on it and make him lift his game, or kick him to the curb and save the money.

Seriously PushMe I had a trainer do a similar thing to yours! (Perhaps its the same guy? :pfft: :pfft: ). I left.

You have to think about YOU in this situation. I once trained with TFBs trainer and she had a plan to me within days and every workout was planned out. The only reason I stopped was because of convenience. I've struggled to find a trainer who was that onto it since then.

It'll only be awkward for a couple of weeks - and to be honest, you leaving him might give him something to think about.

Go for it 8)
