sore ankle

i must of accidentaly hit the inside curve of my foot. its a bit hard to explain but if anyone knows how to make it heal faster that would be great because its forced me to skip out on working on my legs for almost 2 weeks. there is no bruising or swelling.

get a hammer and hit the other foot in same place, it'll even the pain up and you can carry on as normal

could be a stress fracture, hopefully rest might rule that out. Leading up to comps a few years back I couldn't run due to a stress fracture and ended up strapping it up to get through. However, it didn't stop my leg training.
