hey fellaz, wish to know if u guyz think this diet is ok,\

morning b4 gym - 1 protein shake

after gym 1 banana, nutri grain, protein shake

break- 1 yougurt and porridge

lunch- tuna sandwhich/lamb salad- banana

2nd break-protein shake/ banana / youghurt

dinner-chicken grilled/ salad/

late- protein shake

im gettin there but please give me any advise out there- appreciate it.

im 74.4 kgs @ this stage- just weight myself this mornin-

height is 168cm .i measured myb/f this mornin but i forgot- i think it was around 16% - but i will confirm it 2mrw- i can bench 80kgz @ this stage- sometimes i feel im not gaining enough and its :twisted: frustrating.

should be a lot of carbs in meal 1, oats works well.

after gym 1 banana, nutri grain, protein shake

more carbs needed here.

break- 1 yougurt and porridge

need protien here, tuna works well.

lunch- tuna sandwhich/lamb salad- banana

2nd break-protein shake/ banana / youghurt

replace shakle with tuna, add real carbs eg oats

dinner-chicken grilled/ salad/

again real carbs

late- protein shake

carbs again.

also you need to have some fats in there too.. fish oil/ flax seed oil works well

if your not gain after a bit or you stagnate, increase portion size till gains come one more
