Currently this is what i do

This twice a week

___________________Reps/set

DB Bench press ______12/10/8/6

Incline DB flyes ______12/10/8

DB Bench kickbacks __12/10/8

DB skull crushers ____12/10/8

And this twice a week

______________________Reps/set

Assisted Wide Grip pull up_12/10/8

DB Shoulder press _____12/10/8

Widegrip bar seated row*_12/10/8

*(unsure of exact name)

Bicep extension bar* _____Fatigue

*(unsure again)

DB Hammer curl _____Fatigue _____

and run twice a week for 30mins.

Tomorrow im going to my gym for a new workout program

And i was told there is alot of holes in this one for what im after.

My goal is basically to get more bulk in upper body e.g arms chest back abs.

Legs im not worried about to much... as my legs are alright from basketball.

What excercises would you recommend in a workout program for me to achieve these results.

For a 4 day workout program
