Hi im Scott and im 18 im about 6'2 im 95 kg i work for my father as a labourer he is a plumber i just started doing some weights down the back of my house and dont really know what to do im not looking to bulk up im just looking on loosing weight and getting some lean muscle and some idea of eating habbits and how to keep it of once ive got to where i would like to be if someone would just give me a point in the right way would be great thanks

Hey Scott, welcome to the forums. What sort of weights do you have at home? You might find it limiting if you don't have enough (that's the beauty of a gym membership), but you can still do a lot with your diet and a bit of cardio. What do you eat in a typical day?

We got alot at my house got nearly everything i would need umm yeah i was thinking about starting to run on a typical day i would eat nothing in the morning, lunch time maybe a sandwich containing ham and mesclun salad or just a vegimite and dinner would have a cooked meal either chicken beef lamb pork with silverbeet carrots and broc each of these i would have about a palm full in size
