yo chillers whats crackin?

ok, any you guys tried horleys ripped factor? whats ya reckon about it? any good? im trying to maintain as much muscle as possible whilst stripping fat (aiming for a 6 pack) this is the first protein power i've brought and basically wanna know if this stuff is any good? I know diet is more important than protein shakes, and my diet is clean! eating 6 small meals each day consisting of protein (tuna, chicken, cottage cheese ect,) good carbs such as sweet potato, and oats in the morning and also healthy fats. I know protein power isnt "magic" but will this stuff help me with my goals. Im kinda new to all this, but have been hitting the weights on and off for the past year and gained abit of muscle, but my main goals is getting lean at this point of time (summer time). i'm also doing cardio 4-5 days a week, such as hiit, jogging (mixing up the speed and times) and also fittness boxing. any information towards horleys ripped factor and my goals would be great. cheers duders.

As Tony says, this stuff may help, but it's only 5-10% of the answer. The rest lies in your diet and exercise routine. As for how effective Ripped Factors is, I've never tried it, so I can't help you there. The ingredients look like your usual fat-burner stuff though.

Its got the ingredients to help, but cant get any better than a decent diet. I know a guy who takes it,and is still looking the same as he did before he started.

If you do get it, and if taking thermogenic caps then be wary of all that caffeine and how it can impact on your sleep
