Well where do I start, what do I say?

hmmmm, Well I was a bit of a gym junky for a while, but for due to beefing up dispite goin to the gym everyday i've kinda lost the motivation to go and have started makin the excuses! So I though i'll pull finger and talk to you all and get as much advice as I can!

I'm really wanting to get into bodybuilding but losing the weight in the first place is bloody hard, for me its like, if I dont eat for ages, i loose it, if I do no matter if its low carb, healthy etc, it still seems to pill on!

Apart from that i work 2 jobs, authough coming to that stage in life when ya need a change - well thats 1 reason Y i'm movin in houses in 2 weeks!

Well hope I havent bored you all 2 much!

Exercising and weight training has so many variables. Many people post here and ask for a general answer without giving any details on their existing condition, training or diet. There are thousands of possible replies to your post which doesn't even ask a question.

We need to know your sex,weight,bodytype,training,diet,bodyfat,goals.

You need to be more specific in what you ask. We cannot just design a training and eating regime from scratch for a mystery person. There are just too many variables.

Tell us what you desire such as "I want to put on muscle" or " I want to lean down" etc. Then give your eating and training plan.

Most of us train and eat differently depending on our goals and what foods we like to eat but there is usually a certain set of rules to follow when bulking or cutting.

also sounds like your not motivated youve said so yourself making excuses etc

you could be wasting everyones time on here getting advise unless you have a desire to make changes

stop with the excuses because we all have issues and dramas in our lives.

get that motivation back you said you had once and go for it.

oh ok wow! cool ok,

Well im 25, 1.77cm Tall, weigh 80kg :( I go to the gym generally once a day - generally weights & then spin class (use to do pump & step classes heaps but buggered my back so i'm just takin step by step b4 I start tryin to jump and run again)

I try so so hard with my meals!

during the week, I generally have

museli & low fat milk for morn

w/end dont have breaky - go to gym in morn

some times a sandwhich for lunch and fruit

then by 2pm im generally suffering for something sweet , so I have a protine drink but it doesnt cut the mustard so I give in and have something like a scone or jam sandwhich

then for dinner I have a bowl mixed with , vegies, brown rice, few nuts & dressing

then cause i'm still craving generally I usally have a bowl of cereal

I'm tryin so hard to keep the carbs low, sugar low but man its just not working some days!

expcially when I some home from training I generally have a bad headach & dry horrors! lol

If any1 can help i'd b great! I just wanna b healthy & loose weight so I can go into training for Bodybuilding!

I go to Human movements every mon wed & fri...,would like to go more,i lovee it. \:D/

so tell me bout urself? what do you do training'wise?

hey pushme,Human Movements is a pretty cruisey & causual place,i do 3 day a week split programme.mon legs & triceps,wednesday my favorite is chest & biceps & friday is back & sholders,do roughly 1& half - 2 hour work outs.not training for any particular sport or any thing,just to keep fit & energised. :rockout:

no I dont sneek any food during training!

Gosh I dont think i'm doin the right thing though :cry:

Yesterday I went to the gym for 2hrs then I ate

a brown bread sand which - just tomato & bita rice salad & mustard dressing

and a bowl of porrage with a nana

then lata I had 2 peices of water melon

then I had brown rice salad with a small peice of sirloin

then a bowl of cereal - 1 weetbix, small rices & small cereal

was still hungry for something sweet though!

Got up this morn, went to work, then home and had porrage & sprinkled cereal on top! goin to the gym @ 10am for an hour

Dont know what i'm gonna eat then! and then i've got training 2nite @ 5pm, have no idea what to eat etc!

and how do you guys kill your sweet hunger?
