Chest exercises

Hi Ladies! I'm a chick with a large chest and am wondering the best exercises to help perkiness  and maybe even decrease their size a bit?? I know tits are made up of fat, and cardio is important for fat loss but surely I can do something with the muscles underneath right? Iam currently just doing pec dec, flat bench press and incline press with dumbells. Would hate to think these might somehow make me (look) bigger as well. Anyone have any tips?? Thanks heaps!

I find flyes are good, maybe pressups too? You're doing benches already I'm not sure if one particular type of bench works that area better. Just mix it up I guess incline, decline and flat!

Try to do alot more decline work.Decline bench press, decline dumbbell bench press, decline flys etc. These can help to lift the breasts and add "perkiness". Some people swear by this approach, I have had mixed results over the years with my female clients (works well for some, and not much difference for others) so try it for a couple of months and see how you go.

Add a good dose of cardio to help get rid of the unwanted fat. Girls enjoy variation in their exercises, I use the cable/pulleys quite alot, attach the D rings and do some chest presses, also do chest flys with wrists together taking arms out wide for big range of movement. Do some pressups with feet elevated.
