What kinda cycling shoes do you wear for RPM?

I have special cycling shoes for my bike but they don't fit the RPM cleats they are different  so I just wear my trainers. Unless you're doing hours and hours of endless cycling I don't think it's worth it.

I spoke to a rpm instructor today (she has no cycle shoes at present but will be getting some). She was saying they are good for the push and especially the pull action and apprently those that have them would never go back? I really would like a pair but at a bargin price 8) cause like you say runveerun unless I'm doing hours and hours of cycling its not really worth it.

What kinda of cleats are yours? I'm trying to figure out what "look" cleats are? Have you heard of them?

Your gym should be able to tell you if they know their equipment well enough > some have a universal clip most will have standard spd cleats.

If you're planning on doing 2 or more regular classes I recommend getting them as you will find you get at least a 20% increase in the control of the spin bike.

Way more effective workout.

Mine are shimano road pedals and cleats, for RPM you need SPD cleats which are used in Mountain biking mainly.
