Body building boot camps

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a boot camp for BB. something to concentrate on training and diet etc. 2 weeks locked away to do nothing but train, eat, supplement, and workout.

Anything like this in NZ? or even better Thailand;)

Yeah, it's illegal. Don't know why. Apparently the gyms smuggle it in for you if you want tho.

But gear is legal. Go figure.

I so wanna go to a boot camp, I hate having a holiday and trying to avoid the bad food, there is always more of it on holiday! It would be cool to come back off holiday looking better! 8)

so no one knows of a "boot camp" style thing going on in NZ? but yeah it would be awesome to lock your self away for one or two weeks and just diet, workout and recover. it would be like biggest loser. lol

Don't know of any boot camps,making my own, my wife has gone away for 2 weeks so now can train my self silly so sort of like a boot camp.

plus won't be co erced into sharing bottles of wine etc.

Plan is heavy duty cardio to get in to shape ( by 16 Dec so have an exxtra couple of weeks )

Have old fellas 70th that weekend and haven't seen many of the family for a few years.

Then once back into serious training for comp April (Auck i think)
