Help sorting my regime

Hey guys,

I'm looking for some help sorting out my work-out for the next sorta 8-12 weeks. Trying to increase strength and gain mass. Would appreciate your wisdom/experience.

At the moment I am looking at this:

Monday - Chest/Triceps

Bb Bench Press

Incline Db

Weighted Dips

Db Pullover

Seated Tricep Extension

Cable Pulldowns

Close grip push ups or Bench dips

Tuesday - Cardio

Wednesday - Thighs/Posterior Chain

Olympic Squats

Front Squats

Leg Press

Deadlift

Hyper-extensions

Hamstring curls

Thursday - Shoulders/Traps

Military Press or Overhead Press

Behind Neck Bb Press

Lateral Raises

Upright Rows

Reverse machine flys or Rear Delt Rows

Face Pulls

Db Shrugs

Calf Machine Shrugs

Friday - HIIT

Saturday - Back/Biceps

Lat Pull Downs

BW Chins

Bb Rows

Military grip T-Bar Rows

T-Bar Rows

Incline Db Curls

Preacher Curls

Sunday - Run or Rest if I CBF

Anything that I'm not doing that I should be or am doing that I should - let me know. Looking to change over sorta sometime over the next few weeks.
