WHAT PEANUT BUTTER DO YOU USE?

Hi,am interested to know what peanut butter is the best to use,one that is low in sugar and fat.

Sadly, Sunshine, at least one of my favorites may not be available in Aus... that's Kaiora Organic PB. You should be able to find Ceres Organics PB, tho... as this place lists it on its Aussie website.

I looked for their food-labels to see what the contents were, but couldn't find them...

I always want to get come Ceres Almond Butter but it always seems so expensive.

I use crunchy peanut butter and I use any brand that I can get my hands on

Ceres nat pnut butter usually, but just before payday if I can't afford it (it's around $7) I get the Kraft 'lite' pnut butter - I am sure it's not that good and it has a strange sweet flavour, but it's yum

I guess I was trying the organic stuff, based on some earlier threads on here somewhere, on account of they don't put mystery chemicals in it.

The Kaiora tastes wicked too, unlike the Kraft stuff.

If the poverty-bug has bit, I go with Sanitarium Low-salt crunchy.

Thanks.I think I have had that one last year or one very much the same when I was doing my challenge but it sat in the pantry :oops: due to it not tasting so nice on toast (yer I know I bought it to go on toast,that's because I did not know about sludge then ) anyway I'll get it again they sell it in the health section in the supermarket.

Will let you know what the label reads when I get it.
