Hi there,

I'm new to bodybuilding, I was a competitive weightlifter most of my young days and now I'm keen to get into this. I've been looking through other boards etc for a long time now, but wanted to find some more local, useful information Kiwi style! I have done a lot of research on supplements etc and am always keen to learn more.

I'm 6 foot and 115kgs, but at 30% bodyfat pretty out of shape! Keen to hear stories of anyone going from this range back into the 10-15% without losing all your bulk....
