i think a great article you could write, and that i would find very very useful, im sure many others would too.. is a posing article. one that goes into DETAIL on how to get the mandatorys correct. i mean like joint positions, angles, correct techniques, things like shoulder position etc.

for example of lot of posing guids just say stuff liek this:

eg rear lat: spread ur lats and keep everything tight. which really is pretty crappy if you ask me. it would be cool to have it explained how to spread lats properly etc what to do with shoulders etc.

that would make an awesome article

I read the tips and they're good, what whey isolate protein powder brand would you recommend?

Don't necessarily agree with everything that's been said on the website but none the less it's good to have a local one.

P.S. Did any of you get an Internal Server Error earlier tonight, when trying to open FORUM from the main page? Weird.

Forum not going yet bro :) sweet all ideas and writing on there will be my own take on things so not meant to please everyone , I will have other pro's writing to :)

you mention how you perform cardio every morning and like to keep healthy by not accumulating large amounts of fat.

My question is: did you ALWAYS have this mindset ? Did you follow the typical bulk and cut phases ? At least in the begining of your career ? Or were you always able to put on lean mass while maintaining a low level of fat ?

I used to do no cardio at all and was heavy strong but not healthy and was alot harder to diet for shows. I find these days I would never go back to that I feel so much better for doing my cardios and feel I LBM increases at alot faster rate :):)
