Well most people just take 5g a day, some take more, its upto you, 5-10g a day is sufficent IMO.

In that case 1 kilo would last anwhere from 200 days to 100 days. If you really chomped throught it maybe a month, but once your saturated then youll just piss out the extra.

What does it do to you though? How does it increase your strength?

Also i got a pack of BCAA 1000 muscle pills, though when i ripped the price tag off it ripped off part of the directions for use

It says :Take 1 - 4 capsules immdiately (....) your workout. The part where it says (...) is the part that is ripped off, now i don't know if i'm ment to take them before or after......Anyone know!!?

amino acid tablets are taken post workout. not really necessary if you get loads of good protein and a good shake.

Creatine for the first week you go through loading. That is consume 20g a day at 5g servings 4 times a day. stick it into protein shakes or consume with other carbohydrates like fruit juices. for the next one week consume 10g a day.

then for a period of about 4 - 6 weeks consume 5g a day.

take some time off say.. a coupla weeks.. to a month. then repeat.

have you ever heard of google?

creatine provides ATP wihch is used up by the body as you do your repitions thus you are giving your body more thus you should be able to do an extra rep or two.

mono is available everywhere. i suggest having it with some form of energy. and if anyone says that having it with some form of energy spikes insulin at any other time than maybe breakfast and PWO i will kill them

Creatine is just a form of proteni isn't it?

Are you guys serious, i cant if its sarcasm or not!, if i had more time id post a link, but just google it and do some research, it is most certainly NOT a form of protein.

Nobodys told me what creatine i should buy yet :x

I've heard creatine ethyl ester (CEE) is the best, but then again in this country it probably costs a TON. You could always give plain old monohydrate a go. They say it doesn't do anything for like 1 in 5 people but it's fairly cheap you can buy it at foodtown a big tub for 20bucks.

If you're asking what brand to get, I don't think it really matters. Just use any old brand, as long as it's fairly reputable.

Incidentally, I've just started a course of Kre-Alkalyn. It's too early to say yet how well it's working, but I'll keep you posted. In your case though, I'd stick with the standard creatine mono to start with. That way you've got a basis for comparison if you decide to try something more exotic later on. :)

I dont think the brand makes a big difference. It will still contain creatine monohydrate if that the one you go for, some will be a transport matrix too, carbs etc, just get any brand of creatine monohydrate, like Pseudo said, then later on when you want to move to CEE or something youll be able to compare it to something.

Have a look at this site http://www.absolute-creatine.com/

It is pretty easy to follow.

Most inportant thing i found is to drink heaps, and train hard, as that is what its for, to make you able to train harder.

ATP is the muscles energy, when used, it loses a phosphate and becomes ADP, then Creatine comes along as CP (creatine prosphate) and turns the ADP back into ATP, so you can continue training, blast out a few more reps.

Cheapest best creatine is CREATINE MONOHYDRATE.

It is easy to mix it in with shakes or even other carb based drinks like Ribena etc.

It hardly costs like 30$ for about 300gms which will probably last you like 4 months or something crazy.

Stick with a local brand.. its just as good and cheaper than some american brand. I use pharmasport creatine .. it gives me results. So does Balance. and theyre both cheap.
