Reuben Simanu- Bench Press Workshop

At Eastside we recently hosted Reuben Simanu who presented a bench press workshop. Reuben is argueably our greatest bench presser ever. Technically he is outstanding and also a great presenter. On top of this he is one of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet.

We were lucky enough to capture the footage and it is posted on our Eastside blog (link below). A copy of the handout can be obtained from the Eastside website.

We acknowledge the contribution that Reuben continues to make to powerlifting and strength sport in general in New Zealand.
