Newbie, Which Protein and Creatine

Ok im looking at getting

Creapure Creatine Monohydrate 1kg

and Eat Me 100% Whey Protein 1kg or 2kg

Also im taking Men's Multi vitamins and Acai berry

I weigh 77 kgs and im 5'10

Im looking to get big muscles in upper body while trying to keep my BFP reasonable low if possible.

Do these supplements sound like a good idea?

Is there anything else i should use to see big muscle gain?

And is there anything i should change?

Oh and last but not least in what order and what time should i take these supplements :)

Hopefully will see a difference from using supermarket little cardboard box 20g protein shakes

Appreciate any advice

Are you going to load the creatine?

Load? I was planning on having it with breakfest lunch and dinner in small doses of to reach 15 at end of day.

I have never used before, could you explain what load means? and is what im planning to do good or bad?

I would ditch the creatine mono and change to effervecent creatine because of the taste and easy to mix as well.Creatine mono taste like ass or puke

Hmm ok il have a look at the price if i can afford il switch :)

What are ya using pre workout?

I have nothing for pre workout. I ethier have a can of tuna with crackers or Penut butter bread roll or berry sandwich and water :) im a newbie what can i say haha

At the mo im using liquid morph and its helping a lot, i've used normal morph tablets too which helped about the same.

If you want to take creatine mono and dont like the taste, just mix it with about a mouthful of water and skull it back.

Since you are just starting out I wouldnt bother with pre workout supps just yet. Maybe buy some caffeine pills but otherwise just spend your money on good food.

You need to 'load up' on creatine for 5 days by taking one serve four times a day then just take one serve a day.

Personally I mix my creatine in grape juice because I like the flavour but any high sugar drink will do. Ribena, pineapple juice etc..
