Creatine and Nitrosyn

There’s 3g of Creatine in a serve Nitrosyn. I take a least 1 serve of Nitrosyn a day, so.......... do I or should I need to take ‘straight’ Creatine on its own as well or is the 3g in the protein supplement enough??

Id be taking a little bit of creatine mono as well. Im on a large heeped teaspoon of the stuff at the mo and still getting good gains.

What's the general opinion on how to take CM?

• On an empty stomach first thing
  Divided up during the day
  One dose x minutes before workout

What do you usually mix it with - milk, water, apple or other fruit juice?

Personally, i just put it in my post workout shake. (protein and water)

Days off in my shake before bed. (protein and Milk)

When loading, 4 times a day usually just on its own with whatever im drinking at the time.

According to the info on this site an 86kg individual should be consuming approx 2.6g of CM per day. 1 serve of Nitrosyn contains 3g of CM and I consume 1-2 serves per day.

As long as the CM in the Nitro is good quality I should be covered.......!?!?
