Anyone got some dinner ideas?

I so need some inspiration when it comes to the evening meals and it's got to be something easy or else I'm afraid I have good intentions but never make them :cry:

Looking for something that the whole family can eat or something I can slightly change for myself..I would perfer something low in carbs.

I have got some recipes from this forum for some of my dinners, just wondered if anyone had anymore ideas

Thanks Yer that's what I do I just get sick of not knowing how to cook the meat or chicken so it taste good,f you know what I mean.I get real sick of just plain tasting meat or chicken so would like some ideas on how to cook with a healthy sauce,crumbs? etc.

Stirfries? I cook that pretty much every night, although I only have myself to feed.

i use spices like cajun spice or moroccan spice and add that to the chicken or beef and cook in a little splash of soy sauce, chilli, ginger, garlic and some liquid stock if it needs it, load it up with veges and brown rice, awesome

Yep go hard on spices. Garlic and coriander are my faves.

I'm also obsessed with peas so have cups of those with every meal (+ salad). Tinned tomatoes are good too (maybe twice a week?) to make something stew-like.

Learn to love your meat and green veg - makes it so much easier.

I would also go for frozen peas plus they are cheap to buy and also they are dont take to cook as well

Just did as you guys suggested done a chicken stir-fry with thai herbs and was wee bit naughty and added some evaporated milk along with some veges yummy!!!

I will be having tazo ostrich with steaned scalopini, beans and brocoli

tomorrow will be - grilled chicken, with nandos extra hot sauce (made on the george foreman) and kidney beans and brocoli

I was in the supermarket hunting for inspiration, picked up a pack of salmon escalopes, enough for 2 meals though i had both of them, just pan seared them and chopped up some cucumber and tomatoes, season and enjoy.
