Sup guys..

I haven't been posting in NZBB much but about a week before the NZFBB nationals, I ordered 2x dream tans and 10lb bioplex from Moe El Moussawi and when I order things off him they usually arive in one or two days. This time though... They didn't come within one or two days.. Infact, they still aren't here.. I have the online receipt too and the date and the confirmation of the accepted orders...

I posted a thread about 3 weeks ago asking about this and you all told me to call him, or buy off different websites, or he might be busy hosting the nationals.. I tried calling the shop, no one picks up.. I emailed his site numerous times and I even try to talk with him on FB but no reply...

290 bux down the drain man.. Feels bad. I mean, let's say that the order declined (which it didn't) he coulda atleast fucking said he didn't recieve the money or some fucking sort of reply?? And if he was so fucking busy, shouldn't he have someone do the orders from him?? I mean come on man, how is that my problem??? Awesome job on how the Nationals took one hour to start just like the Auckland show... He doesn't give a shit eh, guess if you make it to the O you just suddenly change lol.

All I know is, I am never going to order online.. Serves me right and I URGE you guys to not order online from xtremenutrition.co.nz

While I'm on this too, me and soundsgood and 4 others got 'sponsor' money FOR the nationals from the CNI's but we still haven't recieved it.... Jesus Christ, how long does it take to give 200 bux? LOL ! - tbh, I doubt i'll see any of the supplements or the sponsored money... Just gotta get over it I guess..

Anyway, sorry for the rant but I had to put it out there..

Yeah I heard he's been busy with the IFBB Men's World Amateur BB Championships in DOHA - QATAR but definitely a bit rough about your merchandise, not very professional.

Who cares what the hell he is busy with. Not Loochi's problem - he's paid money and it's his right to receive the product.

Loochi get in touch with Consumer Affairs or something. Xtreme nutrition has a legal obligation to you....

I wouldn't dismiss ordering your sups online all together though. You can always find a better deal on the net than in the shops. I've never ordered from xtremenutrition but have from lots of others and never had problems.

And I was wondering what was up with that $200 as well. Noone who had anything to do with organising the event even told me I'd been given sponsorship. My girlfriend told me that that had been anounced after the show. I never heard a thing, and still haven't.

Loochi & Kurt - I'm very sorry you guys have not received your subsidies yet. It was agreed earlier this year to re-introduce these subsidies (last done back in 2002 or 2003) at regional events. Basically, a handful of competitors from each event (approx 4-7 depending on the number of competitors) were selected to receive a $200 subsidy (or $250 for South Island Champs recipients) if they competed at Nationals.

The cheques for these payments (approx 20 of them) were supposed to have been written out and ready for competitors to receive when they registered. Unfortunately there was a huge amount of last minute things for the organisers to do over the final three days (Moe and some of his helpers only had 2 hours sleep each over the final 3 days leading up to Nationals). So, due to the panic of getting the show ready, the writing of these cheques was at least one thing that was not done.

Moe and the NZFBB Secretary are both overseas for the next few weeks, so no cheques will be written out and sent until they return. Moe does know these payments are due - and they will be paid, but you will just have to be patient.

Once again, I'm sorry there has been a lack of communication and timeliness with this situation and we (NZFBB Exec) will do our utmost to ensure it doesn't happen again.

If your products that you have paid for haven't arrived then you need to be following this up. Not to put you down, but posting on nzbb isn't enough - go and talk consumer affairs and the police. You have paid for something you haven't received - go and get your stuff!

Kurt ordering online is sweet I know, but this time Moe just didn't deliver... Because he was 'too' busy, which isn't my problem... Could have left someone to help out lol.

They told me that they had increased the price of the product that I had bought and said that they wouldn't make me pay any more because I had to wait so long.

WTF? I wouldn't have paid more for it anyway as I had ordered it when it was the cheaper price. Shit bribes man

Yea, you had a contract so they had an obligation to provided it to you at the price (provided that had sent out a receipt) - sounds like they have no clue there really.

BTW Loochi, I PM'd with something else you could try if it all goes to shit.

If you payed via credit card, ring the bank or card company and dispute the charges. See if you can get the cash back.

If there's no one answering the phone or emails, that's just poor service and they don't deserve your custom.

Easiest to do this, I bought some stuff from an Aussie company who sent me crap that didnt work and overcharged. I had all the money refunded through the bank when the aussie place wouldnt reply.

If you paid by credit card, ring your card company - that's by far the quickest, easiest solution.

A couple of years ago, I had a problem with an order from bodybuilding.com. Months went by, and it never arrived. In the end, I rang Visa, told them I'd never received my order, and they refunded me. Simple as that.
