Danomyte test's his elbow

This is my come-back comp after dislocating my elbow in May

I did alot of rehab work and a modified 'Westside for Fat Bastards' leading into this comp \:D/

So the plan from here is to rehab somemore, increase my strength and do lots of technique work. I might do another modified cycle of the 'Westside for Fat Bastards' programme, coupled with the 'Russian Squat Programme', but we'll see

Many thanks to everyone on here for your inspirational stories and journeys

Hey D, was wondering why you have been laying low after your powerlifting meet back in March - now I know!! Great to see you on the path to full recovery. Keep up the good work and continue ticking off those goals...you'll be back to 100% sooner than you think.

Nice work, would be tough getting back into the snatch after that. Great footage, I enjoyed watching some Olympic lifting. Hopefully there will be some more coverage of Olympic, Powerlifting and Strongman in NZ .

Also, enjoyed the powerlifting meet, quality squating. Good to see Joe had his safety jandles on.

Inspirational stuff mate. Great to see your progress. :)

Cheers Dr Squat. I get alot of inspiration from ppl like yourself and the like on this forum :)

What a legend! Does your elbow give you any problems at all now? Gosh that first part of the vid was bloody horrible to watch!

Cheers Rose. Yeah, the elbow still gives me a bit of trouble, I still got heaps of rehab to do. Man, it took me a week to watch what happened lol, I always felt sick when I knew I was going to watch it.

Cheers Best Bench. Yeah, I was pretty nervous, hence the long weight at the bottom :) But I had rehabed well and had trained well. LOL @ Joe, he was one of my first coaches back in the day. I used to train with Lance, Joe, Villi and Kurt when I first started back in the day.

Many thanks again :)
