Hi All

Have being slinging weights on and off for a while now have just started to take it really seriously as far as training is concerned.Am recovering from injury atm but would like in the near future to get back into Wrestling and maybe join the Otago Amateur Weightlifting club I also have ambitions to try and compete nationally as a bodybuilder.My biggest problem is that I have no clue about dieting but am trying to learn slowly.
