Nabba Nth Harbour this year,

Good turn out , great atmosphere (small hall, pretty full, with loud spectator support) 62 competitors and plenty of familiar faces.

Good quality throughout the classes, big Novice Figure(7) and Novice Athletic Classes.

Stan and Matteo doing battle in the Short Open physique with Stan taking it out.

Lisa B, Eve D and Janine H doing battle in the open figure, with Janine taking the honours.

Mike Pohila doing his 11th! show this year and I think the same for Stan.

Myself, qualified for next years Nationals in Athletic, so mission acomplished

All in all a great afternoon.

Spoke to Luv me Oats and she looked great, didnt stay for the overalls as I had my family (including a 3 year old there) but she won her class and i'm pretty sure would have taken the ladies Physique overalls.

Some stand outs in many of the classes, the Novice figure lady in the light blue was lean and posed real well, also some of the other novice competitors were in great shape.

Im so proud of my freind Tania who won her Novice Physique Class - and it was her first show.

I've been helping the last few weeks with posing, routine and final foods; cant wait to see some photos!

Novice Physique Men Tall and won 1st place.

That guys amazing, he comes into my store from time to time and is always muscular and peeled.

I wished him the best and complimented the guy on how wicked he looked, His friends were their signing the show to some of his hearing impaired friends and family which was cool.

He's got a good future in the sport if he chooses to take it further, great symmetry.
