Hi,

Thanks for that.The thing with the RPM classes for me is I can only do them in the morning and only on a Tuesday and Thursday sometimes a Friday,the evening classes are on to early like at 6.00 clock and that's a bad time for me cause of kids dinners etc.

Is this a better choice?

Mon - Chest/triceps

Tues- Cardio (RPM)

Wed- Back/biceps

Thurs- Cardio(RPM)

Friday-Legs-Shoulders/abs

Sunday-Body pump or Rpm depending

Yeah, it's a pain to be constrained by timetables - I have the same problems with trying to schedule a pump class - if I'm going to do one, I don't want to waste my time with a rubbish instructor, but it can be difficult to find a class that fits my needs in terms of a great instructor and on a day that doesn't bugger up my other training!

I think this looks good and balanced, with good alternation between upper and lower body. And just remember - it's flexible and doesn't have to be set in stone.

You should start a journal and let us know how you go with it!

Yer they need to have more classes at my gym,I would love to do pilates as well but it never fits in with me .

I will start a journal it's probably the best thing to help me stay focus...I never got to the gym last night :shifty: Nights are hard for me which is why I go through the day,so on school holidays it's a nightmare because then all my workouts have to be at night :-( ( Still with saying that when I did my body challenge that was the only time I went,I guess I'm just used to going through the day plus then I can get to the classes).

Think I might invest on some free weights(just some 6 kg DB or something) because last night all I needed to do was chest and triceps and this could have been done at home on my fitness ball etc.

Hopefully today I will start my journal so stay tuned LOL
