The dozer was great but he aint got nothing on the ronster.

Dorian did poses this grainy made out of rock look but ronnie is one huge fellah and has striated glutes. Did Dorian ever have striated glutes??

he did but ronne has far better structure than dorian and plain destroys him in every pose bar 1.. front lat spread

i think theres a line between the days of Arnie,mike,franko and loo, agains the H.G.H of today,

todays boy i dont think worked as hard for there muscles!!!,there gutts are all blowin out from H.G.H.and there all vainy and not ripped(woodgrain look) like the boys of the 70s.

Have to agree with Mr Heavy Duty that the old school look in body building still rocks. Dont like the bloated gut look myself. Now the looks of Dexter Jackson, Flex Wheeler & Shawn Rays should have and winning the big O! The women in the MS O have more cuts in muscle than guys liek Ronnie and Jay - now thats scary!! Symmetry should be winning hands down and down pinting extended stomachs. Where are the days we could actually aspire to look like these athletes but now days we know what we gotta take to get there! NO THANKS. :roll:

And while we're on the subject, heres Ms O herself, Yaxeni Oriquen from Venezuela. She looks awesome! Unlike Joanna on that "Supersize She" doco (did u see the webcam bit?? :shock: ) that came on tv a couple of days ago... Yaxeni still looks very feminine despite them hooooge muscles 8)

ive started Yates training program about 14 days ago,just for a change!

the program im refering to is from his book.

Its a very strange system that dose not have pre-exsorstion or meany off days,the volume is three time more that mikes system,but it dose have a high point (failer)to each muscle group you train that day.more of a forced reps system by a training parter that complete failer,so the stress are (i find) fare less than heavy duty,

but the soreness form so meany days dose seem to make me think there has to be a burn out point(for us clean ones anyways).and i think it has something to do with having too upper body days in a row.

but i did tell myself at that start:this is a no brainer for me,im not going to change day orders or movement orders no matter how much i dont think it would work(as i did when doing Arnolds volume system of about 25 hrs per week of training).did get ripped and pumped but no more size than the last comp,but did look harder!,any ways after these to upper body days in a row im sitting here with my tris and biceps burning just wrighting this,lol.

im going to eat! :twisted:
