Gym wierdos

I fucked up this week..was feeling arnoldish.. doing hammer curls...last set was cheating .....intense last 2 reps..swinging...lose motor control of left hand...dumbell hits head...put hand towel over my face and walk out of gym. :oops:

Hahahahaha. Real mean f*ck themselves up in the gym lololol. Feeling better?

mate I was just like ok.. time GTFO here and pray that doesn't end up on youtube.lol.

Most of the time being talked to during training is a pain in the rear, you just want to get your workout done and go. I generally acknowledge people and im sure they appreciate not being disturbed too.

Havn't noticed any crazies lately, apart from some strange woman who runs on the treadmill and does dumbell presses at the same time wtf, could take someones eye out :lol:

lol love those....when I was at club physical there was this old asian man that would be on the bike...and with his arms he'd pretend he's swimming or something

LOL. mean. gonna try this. I'll bring in a snorkel for realism

We got a couple of weirdos at Snap. One middle aged balding dude that rocks in and does the same routine he has been doing for the last 6 months. He works up a sweat then jumps on the treadmill and jogs with this crazy "I'm drunk right now but trying to hide it" kind of style flopping his head from side to side and looking at everyone around him for their reaction.

Guy had a pot guts months ago and still looks the same now, FAIL.

Also got an indian guy in his mid twenties that comes in ,stands in front of the mirror and does shadow boxing for a few mins,jogs on the spot then rips the 25kg barbell out and does "body heaving" bicep curls, one set of course. After this he moves to the delt machine and sits there for 5 mins then hops off and goes to the mirror again and start "body heaving" 10kg dumbells in about a 45 degree arc after which he leaves. :pfft:

Dont think Ive posted this before but sorry if I have. Theres a guy who twice so far has been working out before I rock in to the gym and seems to have a strange case of envy, jelousy or something I cant work out. As once I start my sets, he will either do the same excersize Im doing near by me or jump on the machine Ive just finished using and proceed to out lift me! But always with terrible form and / or for far fewer reps/sets. As if were compeating or something? And always with this smug look of "haha, see how much stronger I am than you". I try to just crank up my tunes and ignore him.

Hmmmmm? I dont do non violent confrontation very well (kinda an all or nothing guy) so dont think I'll be approaching him. But thought about stooping to his level, in a very mature way of course. Next time I see him I might make it a big back day? Some heavy deads, good mornings? Be fun to see him waddle out of the gym, bent over and rigid.

I think I saw gymrats sister at the gym yesterday (you got a sister in Auckland GR?) doin' some powerlifting circuit training lol.

Would lie down on the incline bench, rest for 7-10mins with weight belt on, while chewing her fingernails then get up and do a 1rm deadlift (80kg with a scream), then 1rm 1/8th squat (100kg) then 1rm 1/8th bench press (60kg).

Occasionally she would swap the squat for a squat in the standing calf raise machine.

She had done I think 4 squats, 4 deads and 4 bench presses in the time I did my whole workout. My mind was well and truly blown!

I think most gyms would have a couple. Les Mills the Tron has one guy that struts around as if hes uber cool, but looks like he has stepped off the show 'Beauty & The Geek'. He often wears jeans to the gym, nice & low on his hips with the top of a G-String showing.

EEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

Next time he's in I'll try to get a sneaky pic!

Training seated dbs (shoulders) tonight at the gym and this tosser that walks around looking at his not big or anything indian (not racist srs) self in the mirrors,

walked directly in front of me and stood there looking at himself (seriously what the f*ck are you on?),i was on rep 10 using 32kg dbs, pushed out one more and then top of rep i threw them at the ass hole, good shit smacked him in both feet.ha fucken ha,i was ready to pound the f*cker,no consideration for others.

had to get that off my chest.

rage over till next time asshole.

ha ha yea man, it did make him aware :pfft: ,

but i dont think he even new any one else was in the gym,was in his own little hazey bubble.

but he looked to his side and mumbled sumthing?

I just stared at him picked up more dbs and stood right next to him and pumped out front raisers (i was mad),he went to nather part of the gym lookin at himself in the mirrors,

iv never got mad in the gym before.

and what about the other 3 guys?

the other 3 are all spotting him, yes ALL 3 spotting him at once... on the smith machine!

i wish i took my phone to get a photo of that golden moment, LOL. it was so hard to be all serious on my set kept breaking out into laughter

Check this out guys once at my gym I saw four skinny guys doing BB bench press with some small weight cant recall how much one skinny guy one on the bench,one spotting from behide and the other two one on each side which was very funny as hell plus at the time I was thinking I wish I had a video camera on me at the time which would have made one funny video :pfft: .
