Gym wierdos

Most of the time being talked to during training is a pain in the rear, you just want to get your workout done and go. I generally acknowledge people and im sure they appreciate not being disturbed too.

Havn't noticed any crazies lately, apart from some strange woman who runs on the treadmill and does dumbell presses at the same time wtf, could take someones eye out :lol:

lol love those....when I was at club physical there was this old asian man that would be on the bike...and with his arms he'd pretend he's swimming or something

anyone else don't like talking to people in the gym? :-s .Although it can mean you don't have a spotter which sucks.

I dont like talking in the gym. A few people in the gym think I am arrogant, my Mrs as well. Must make me a weirdo I reckon...

we had this Indian guy at my gym up home in central typical fat boy lifter I'm sure you know the type.

One day he got excessivly bad and decided he would throw down the gauntlet and challenge me to a few different exercises here is how it went

1- Preacher Curls

He we were pretty even at this one both doing a wee bit of weight

2- Arm Wrestle

I just thrashed him left and right hand

3- Leg press

He asked me to set the weight so I loaded it up with 250kg and belted out a set of twelve. He sits there gets it to 3 quarters of his first rep and can't push it back up we had to pull it off him.

Same Dude later on in the year put his hand through a window and cut up some of the ligaments didn't stop him training so he was doing concentration curls with 10kgs in his good arm and 2 in his weak arm

Some people ae?

If someone challenged me to a lift off in the gym I would turn my ipod up and continue with my workout. Whats wrong with you, are you both a couple of mentals him for challenging you for accepting. :-s

Standing in the gym doing some bar curls a while back this guy about 20 in jeans a t shirt and a black beanie walks in , sees me and starts hitting his chest softly with his fist then walks over to the rowing machines , turns around and walks out again. I thought he was coming in for a pb on the bench or something.

I have been leg pressing with 15 plates per side.

I do 13 plates per side and I still go to school, sit down boy.

I fucked up this week..was feeling arnoldish.. doing hammer curls...last set was cheating .....intense last 2 reps..swinging...lose motor control of left hand...dumbell hits head...put hand towel over my face and walk out of gym. :oops:

Hahahahaha. Real mean f*ck themselves up in the gym lololol. Feeling better?
