Strolled on down for a casual back workout at Paul Graham's gym in Sydney the other day and it seems they rolled out the big guns for me......

Is that darren with dream tan?

I'm getting a lil concerned about you're obsession with Darren, how far up him are you GF! :pfft:

Australian IFBB affiliate Nationals were on. I got to the gym as they were doing the weigh ins, some quality physiques at a glance. Ronnie must've been guest posing at the show? Said he had been touring Aussie for a few weeks and was doing a signing session along with former Mr Universe Mike Sable (?) promoting the IFBB certified PT course.......

Was kinda odd doing chins with Ronnie ten feet away - should've taken the opportunity to yell across the gym "Hey slim, give us a spot bro"! :grin:

Was probably worse doing face pulls / Dizenzo Rows supersets with 50 hungry bodybuilders lined up for weigh in five feet away. Wondered how many were thinking about saying "bro, you dont do lat pull downs like that'! :pfft:

If anyone's in Sydney it's worth calling in at Paul & Carole Graham's Beach Gym at Coogee. Lots of Arnold memorabilia given he & Paul were buddies back in the day.

I was on a programmed low volume week, they're always a bit lame but unfortunately necessary! Would've been keen as hell to train back with Ronnie, no matter what you think of him it's fact he's one of the strongest BBers on the planet.

Could just imagine it, watching all the others training skulk of to the corners as the bent over row weight approached 200, me standing with my imaginary lats flared after a hard set of 8, then Ronnie smacks out 25 reps and calls for more plates...... I'd be skulking off to join the corner dwellers about then! :grin:
